46th Annual World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing

TNT Custom Racing is proud to be a part of the 46th Annual World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing in 2012. Tom Fares Jr., led by crew chief Gary Balough, will be gearing up for the intense 9 day racing event from February 17th-25th, 2012 at Florida’s New Smyrna Speedway.

TNT Custom Racing will be fielding a primary and back-up 07x for Tom Fares, Jr. as he races through six 25-lap races and a finale 50-lap race in the Pro-Late Model division.

Tom Fares Jr. Takes 11th Place at the Pete Orr-Orange Blossom 100

Tom Fares Jr. raced to an impressive 11th place finish in the 10th annual Pete Orr-Orange Blossom 100 over the weekend against a field of Super Late Models. Tom, led by crew chief Gary Balough, more then held his own running a crate motor late model against a field of super lates as he was one of only 9 cars running at the drop of the checkered flag. The February 11th, 2012 race at New Smyrna Speedway, Florida drew an experienced field of drivers from all over the the United States.

The race started with a tight running pack:

Gary guided Tom through a number of tight spots and a few wrecks as they cruised through the enduring 100 lap race. At the drop of the checkered flag, Tom was one of 9 cars running on the track and posted an overall finish of 11th place.
